Punjabi Aloo Launji - Pack of 3
Ingredients: Onion (52%), Edible Vegetable Oil (Mustard), Water, Tamarind Paste (6.9%), Spices and Condiments (6.5% - Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Onion Seeds, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper), Garlic (4.5%), Ginger, Jaggery, Salt, Lemon Juice
Quantity: 3 x 130 g
- Boil 3-4 medium sized potatoes (500g) with a pinch of salt, peel and cut into cubes. Shallow fry in 1 tbsp of Mustard Oil and keep aside.
- Empty contents of the pack in a pan. Add 3/4th cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried potatoes and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
