Amritsari Mutton Curry - Pack of 2
Curry Paste: Onion (54.6%), Tomato, Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Ginger, Garlic (4.4%), Spices and Condiments (4.2%), Salt, Natural Vinegar
Masala Mix: Red Chili, Cumin, Amritsari Meat Masala (22% - Cardamom, Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Dry Mango, Star Anise, Cassia, Cinnamon, Red Chilli, Salt), Coriander, Black Pepper
Quantity: 2 x 130 g
- Empty contents of Curry Paste into a pressure cooker. Add 750g Mutton and mix well. Add 1/4th cup of water and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Empty contents of Masala Mix into the cooker and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add 1 ½ cups of water and pressure cook on medium flame for 8-10 whistles.
- Once the pressure is released, cook without the lid on medium flame for 5 more minutes. Keep stirring! Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
