Ingredients
Jackfruit 400 Grams
Mustard Oil 1/4 Cup For Pan Frying And 2 Tbsp For Cooking
Chopped Garlic 6-7
Chopped Green Chili 3-4
Dry Red Chillies 2
Dried Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Common Salt As Needed
Chopped Onion 2 Medium Size
Chopped Ginger 1 Inch
Chopped Tomatoes 1 Large

Directions
Pressure cook the chopped jackfruit with salt and turmeric for 2 whistles.
Take a pan pour in 1/4 cup of mustard oil as it turns slightly hot, pan fry the boiled jackfruit.
When done take it out on a paper towel so that the extra oil is soaked.
In the same pan if oil is left use it else add in 2 tbsp of oil and let it turn slightly hot.
Then add in the dried red chillies, chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion tomatoes, and saute well.
Add in half of Tasty Tales Chicken Cafreal paste and add one cup water ( the one that was used for pressure cooking ) and saute it well.
At last add in the jackfruit, salt as needed and mix well. Cook until the masala is properly incorporated.
When done transfer it in a bowl and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
