Bay Leaf 1
Clove Garlic 5-6 Chopped
Dry Red Chillies 1-2
Chopped Tomatoes 1 Medium
Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp
Soya Chunks 200 Gms Minced
Chopped Ginger 1/2 Inch
Black Pepper Corn 7-8
Chopped Onion 2 Medium
Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
Common Salt A Pinch For Boiling Soya Chunks
Take a heavy bottom pan, pour in some water, salt and put in over heat. When water comes to a simmer add in the soya chunks and boil it for 5 minutes. When done drain the water and wash it with tap water. Squeeze the extra water from the soya chunks and let it cool completely. Mince it in the grinder.
Now take a pan pour in the mustard oil followed by bay leaf, Black Peppercorns, Dry Red Chillies, Chopped Ginger, garlic cloves, chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves. Saute it well.
Then add in Tasty Tales Chicken Cafreal paste adding some water and saute for another 5 minutes.Add in the minced soya and let it cook for around 10 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid burn, if needed add some water.
Take it off the heat and serve with parantha naan or roti.
