Ingredients
Chole 1 Cup Soaked Overnight
Chopped Green Chili 1-2
Salt A Pinch

Chopped Onion 1 Medium
Coriander Leaves A Few Strands Chopped
Veg Refined Oil For Frying
Directions
Pressure cook the overnight soaked chole until 2 whistles. Add a pinch of salt while you pressure cook.
Make a paste of it.
Add the chopped veggies and Amritsari Mutton Curry Paste. Combine them well.
Make small tikkies and fry them on a pan on a low flame until golden brown and little crisp.
Your Amritsari chole tikki is ready. Serve with your favourite lacchha parantha and fresh salads.
