The piquant mustardy paste with a coastal touch of the coconut and the traditional use of black mustard with sesame makes your plain rice a mouthwatering snack.
Edible Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves 7-8
White Sesame 1 1/2 Tbsp
Chopped Onion 1 Medium
Tasty Tales Prawn Mustard Curry Paste
Peanuts 1/4 Cup
Black Mustard 1 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies 2
Leftover Rice 2 Cups
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
Take a pan, pour in the oil followed by peanuts and saute it well.
Then add in the curry leave, black mustard, white sesame, dry red chillies, chopped onion, turmeric and half of tasty tales prawn mustard curry paste. Saute it well.
Now add the leftover rice and the curry powder in the tasty tales packet.
Combine well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Achari Coconut Fried Rice is ready to serve.
