Crispy fried chicken wings have always been a show stopper. Chicken Wings 4
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Tasty Tales Prawn Mustard Curry Paste 1 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
Curd 2 Tbsp
Salt A Pinch A Pinch
Wash the chicken wings and keep them aside.
In another bowl add in the curd tasty tales mustard prawn curry paste and other condiments except chilli flakes and salt. Mix them well.
Marinate the chicken in the prepared marination for at least 20 minutes.
While in another bowl break an egg and add in the coconut present in the pack, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Whisk them well.
Heat some oil in a deep wok and coat the marinated chicken wings with the egg mixture.
Deep fry the wings on a low flame for 8-10 minutes approx or until crisp and golden.
Garnish them with some chopped coriander and spring onion and serve with your favourite sauce or dip.
