Boneless Chicken Thighs 300 Grams Cut In Dices
Black Salt 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste 1/2'' Ginger, 8-10 Garlic Cloves, 3-4 Green Chillies
Curd 100 Gms
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Big Onion Cut In Four And Separated
Fresh Coriander 1 Tbsp Chopped
Bengal Gram Flour (Besan) 1 1/2 Tbsp Roasted
Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 Lemon
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp
Tasty Tales Goan Chicken Cafreal Paste 1/2 Packet
Common Salt 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp Hot
Green Capsicum 1 Cut In Big Squares
Clarified Butter (Ghee) For Brushing
Take a bowl add in the diced boneless chicken, lemon juice, black salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic green chili paste mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
For the second marination add in the cafreal paste, curd, salt, garam masala, roasted besan, hot mustard oil, onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, mix well and let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
After the marination is done thread in the skewer and grill it in the oven.
When done brush some ghee over it and roast it over fire for smoky flavour.
Serve with some mint coriander chutney.
