Big Onion 2 pureed
Eggs 4 boiled
Chopped Tomatoes 1 big
Chopped coriander for garnish
Tasty tales goan chicken cafreal paste ½ packet
Common Salt to taste
Dried Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Lal Mirch/ Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Boil four eggs and cut into half.
Now fry the eggs in some oil adding some salt turmeric and red chilli powder.
Then in the same pan add some oil followed by pureed onion saute until slightly brown.
Then add in the Tasty Tales Cafreal Masala and chopped tomatoes. Cook the gravy.
Once the gravy is prepared add in the fried eggs and mix with light hands.
Garnish in some freshly chopped coriander.
