Rosogolla: 8-10 N.o
Condensed Milk: 60ml
Pistachio: 5 N.o
Almonds: 5 N.o
Empty the contents of rice from the packet into a mixer grinder and grind it into a fine powder.
Take 100ml of milk and combine the rice powder until it is completely mixed in order to avoid the formation of lumps.
Boil the remaining 400ml of milk and combine the milk mixed with rice and stir continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
Once the milk reduces to half, turn off the flame and add the Nolen Gur Kheer Paste and condensed milk, stir continuously.
Add Rosogolla and stir briskly. Cover the lid of the vessel and allow it to cool.
Once cooled, refrigerate the kheer and garnish with chopped roasted pistachio and almonds.
